Everything you need to know about our Azure foundation offerings.

These are two separate services. The Infrastructure Assessment (€3,000) is a planning engagement — we analyse your estate and provide a roadmap. The AI Landing Zone (€5,000) is an implementation service where we build your production-ready Azure environment with governance, security, and AI workload configuration. Most clients start with the Assessment to understand what they have, then proceed to the Landing Zone to build their foundation.
Microsoft funding can cover a significant portion of the cost, but not all organisations qualify, so an eligibility check is required upfront. We apply a €3,000 fee to ensure commitment from both sides. In our experience, fully funded assessments often see high drop-off rates. This fee secures time with your team and allows us to dedicate our Azure Expert MSP resources to deliver practical, actionable outcomes. Funding subject to eligibility.
An AI landing zone is a pre-configured Azure environment, aligned to the Cloud Adoption Framework, that provides the core architecture required to run AI and machine learning workloads securely and at scale. It establishes the foundational layers across identity, networking, security, and governance, with specific design considerations for data and AI services.
Dr Migrate is an AI-powered discovery and planning platform that automates the inventory of your IT estate. It analyses servers, storage, applications and dependencies to provide accurate Azure cost modelling and migration planning. We use it because it eliminates manual spreadsheet errors and gives you data-driven insights in days rather than weeks.
No. The assessment is yours to keep regardless of your next steps. Many clients use our assessment to validate internal plans or support RFP processes. However, if you do choose to migrate with us, the assessment provides the exact roadmap we follow, ensuring continuity from strategy to execution.
Yes, these are separate offerings. However, we recommend the Assessment first because it gives us (and you) the data needed to design your landing zone correctly. If you book the AI Landing Zone without an assessment, we'll conduct a lighter discovery phase as part of the engagement to ensure we build the right foundation for your specific workloads.
